- Medical and general document translation, AI-assisted translation with human validation, interpreting, appointment coordination, healthcare navigation, medication and customs-document support, and related administrative services.
- Service Fees
- The total service fee is displayed in the quotation, order confirmation or checkout page before payment. Translation services are billed in Japanese yen at the published rates referred to below unless a different rate is stated in the accepted quotation. Medication-import support packages are billed in US dollars at the package prices displayed at the point of order. Fees vary according to language pair, source volume, document condition, complexity, urgency, formatting, certification, interpreter duration, travel and third-party requirements.
- Published Rates
- Standard published rates for translation services, including per-language prices, priority-delivery surcharges and services quoted individually, are displayed on the Pricing & Estimates page at https://www.medictranslate.com/pricing/ and on the relevant service pages. The rates displayed at the time of order apply. Certification, notarisation and other add-on services are always itemised in the quotation and are not included in the per-page translation rate unless expressly stated.
- Standard Page Definition
- One standard translation page includes up to 200 English source words or up to 400 Japanese source characters (equivalent source volume for other languages). Charges are based on the source document. Content exceeding these limits is calculated proportionally. Complex formatting, tables, handwritten content, poor-quality scans and specialist review may incur additional charges, which are stated in the quotation before order confirmation.
- Charges in Addition to Service Fees
- Applicable consumption tax or other taxes where not included in the displayed price; bank, card, foreign-exchange or remittance charges imposed by the customer’s provider; Internet or telecommunications costs; interpreter travel, waiting time or overtime; courier, postage, certification, notarisation, apostille, clinic or other third-party charges where stated before order confirmation.
- Payment Methods
- Credit or debit card through Stripe and any other method expressly stated in the quotation or invoice, including bank transfer where offered. MedicTranslate does not ordinarily store full payment-card numbers or card security codes.
- Payment Timing
- Advance payment or a deposit may be required. The applicable payment timing is shown in the quotation, invoice, order confirmation or checkout page. Work may be suspended and delivery withheld while an amount is overdue.
- Contract Formation
- A contract is formed when MedicTranslate confirms acceptance, confirms a booking, commences work following the customer’s instruction, or receives payment against an accepted quotation, whichever occurs first.
- Service Delivery Timing
- The estimated delivery or service date is shown before order confirmation or in the accepted quotation. For translation services, standard delivery is normally within 72 hours and priority delivery is normally within 48 hours, subject to availability. Turnaround commences only after MedicTranslate has received the complete, legible source documents, confirmed the scope of work, and received any required payment. 24-hour and same-day delivery is available only by individual quotation and is subject to confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Where an application to Japanese authorities is involved, processing time is determined solely by the relevant authority and is not guaranteed.
- Delivery Method
- Digital deliverables are normally supplied through the designated customer portal, secure link or email. Interpreting and appointment-coordination services are supplied at the confirmed time and by the confirmed attendance or connection method.
- Application / Order Period
- Orders may be placed while the service is displayed as available. Quotations expire on the date stated in the quotation or, if no expiry is stated, 14 days after issue.
- Indicative Estimates and Price Simulations
- Figures produced by any price simulator, estimator or calculator on MedicTranslate websites, including currency conversions, are indicative only and do not constitute a quotation, an offer or a binding price. Currency conversions use daily reference rates and may differ from the rate applied by the customer’s card issuer or bank. The binding price for any order is the price stated in the accepted quotation, order confirmation or checkout page.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellation and rescheduling conditions depend on the service, notice period, work already completed and professional or third-party commitments. Translation work may be charged for work performed and non-recoverable costs. Interpreter and appointment bookings may attract the minimum charge or cancellation fee stated before confirmation.
- Returns and Refunds
- Because services and digital deliverables are customised, physical returns do not apply. Refunds are assessed under the accepted quotation and the Terms of Use. Urgent, completed, certified, notarised or customised services may be non-refundable except where required by law. Nothing excludes any mandatory consumer right or remedy.
- Corrections
- If a deliverable materially fails to conform to the accepted instructions because of MedicTranslate’s error, the affected portion will be corrected within a reasonable period without additional professional fee, subject to the Terms of Use. Correction requests should ordinarily be submitted within 7 days after delivery.
- Interpreter Overtime and Waiting Time
- Interpreter bookings are charged for the confirmed minimum duration. Additional waiting time, overtime, travel or expenses may be charged at the rate stated before confirmation. Continued attendance beyond the booked period is subject to interpreter availability.
- Appointment Coordination
- An appointment is not confirmed until written confirmation is issued by MedicTranslate or the healthcare provider. The healthcare provider may accept, refuse, reschedule or impose its own requirements and fees. MedicTranslate does not guarantee access to treatment or a particular clinical outcome.
- Medication / Customs Support
- MedicTranslate does not guarantee approval, importation, customs clearance, entry, processing time or acceptance by an authority, airline, courier, clinic or pharmacy. Customers must verify current official requirements before travelling or submitting an application.
- Digital File Handling
- Unless a different period is authorised or retention is required for legal, security, backup, dispute or continuing-service purposes, uploaded medical documents and completed translation outputs are removed from the active customer-service environment within 7 days after delivery or project closure.
- Personal Information
- Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- Terms Applicable to Orders
- The Terms of Use, accepted quotation, order confirmation and any service-specific conditions apply to each order. If they conflict, the order of precedence stated in the Terms of Use applies.
- Electronic Communications
- Customers consent to receiving quotations, order confirmations, invoices, delivery notices and other contractual communications electronically, subject to applicable law.
- Transitional Provision — Pricing Effective 20 July 2026
- The revised published rates taking effect with this version 3.1 apply to orders confirmed on or after 20 July 2026. Quotations issued before 20 July 2026 are honoured at their stated prices until their stated expiry date or, if no expiry is stated, for 14 days after issue, in accordance with the Application / Order Period above.
- Special Conditions
- Services are not intended for medical emergencies and do not constitute medical, legal, immigration, customs or regulatory advice. Third-party services may be subject to separate terms and availability.

- 役務の対価
- 役務の対価の総額は、お支払い前に見積書、注文確認書または決済画面に表示します。翻訳サービスの料金は、承諾された見積書に別段の記載がない限り、下記「料金の公表」に定める公表料金に基づき日本円で請求します。医薬品輸入サポートパッケージの料金は、注文時に表示されるパッケージ価格に基づき米ドルで決済されます。料金は、言語ペア、原文の分量、原稿の状態、難易度、緊急性、書式、認証、通訳時間、移動および第三者要件等により異なります。
- 料金の公表
- 翻訳サービスの標準料金（言語別料金、優先納品の割増料金および個別見積りとなるサービスを含みます）は、料金・お見積りページ（https://www.medictranslate.com/pricing/）および各サービスページに表示します。ご注文時に表示された料金が適用されます。証明書発行、公証その他の付帯サービスは、見積書に必ず個別に明記し、明示的な記載がない限りページ単価には含まれません。
- 標準ページの定義
- 標準翻訳1ページは、原文の英語200ワードまたは原文の日本語400文字まで（その他の言語は同等の原文分量）を含みます。料金は原文（ソース文書）に基づき算定します。上記の分量を超える部分は、比例計算により算定します。複雑な書式、表、手書き原稿、判読困難なスキャン原稿および専門的な確認作業には追加料金が発生する場合があり、注文確定前に見積書に明示します。
- 役務の対価以外に必要な費用
- 表示価格に含まれない場合の消費税その他税金、利用者側の銀行・カード・為替・送金手数料、インターネット・通信費、通訳者の移動・待機・延長費用、配送、郵送、認証、公証、アポスティーユ、医療機関その他第三者費用。これらは注文確定前に表示または通知します。
- 支払方法
- Stripeを通じたクレジットカード・デビットカード決済、および見積書または請求書に明記されたその他の方法（提供される場合の銀行振込を含みます）。当社は通常、完全なカード番号またはセキュリティコードを保存しません。
- 支払時期
- 前払または一部前払を求める場合があります。具体的な支払時期は、見積書、請求書、注文確認書または決済画面に表示します。未払がある場合、業務または納品を停止することがあります。
- 契約の成立時期
- 当社が申込みを承諾した時、予約を確定した時、利用者の指示に基づき業務を開始した時、または承諾済見積に対する支払を受領した時のうち、最も早い時点で契約が成立します。
- 役務の提供時期
- 役務の提供予定日は、注文確定前または承諾された見積書に表示します。翻訳サービスの標準納期は通常72時間以内、優先納期は通常48時間以内（対応可否による）です。納期は、判読可能な完全な原文書類の受領、作業範囲の確認、および必要なお支払いの受領の後に起算します。24時間以内・当日納品は個別見積りによる場合に限り、対応可否の確認を要します。納期は、書面で明示的に保証した場合を除き、目安です。日本の行政機関への申請を伴う場合、処理期間は当該機関が決定するものであり、保証されません。
- 提供方法
- 翻訳等のデジタル納品物は、指定顧客ポータル、安全なリンクまたはEメールにより提供します。通訳および予約調整は、確定した日時および出席・接続方法で提供します。
- 申込有効期間
- サービスが受付可能として表示されている期間、申込みが可能です。見積書は記載された有効期限まで有効です。有効期限の記載がない場合、発行後14日間有効です。
- 概算シミュレーションについて
- 当社ウェブサイト上の料金シミュレーター、概算計算機等が表示する金額（通貨換算を含む）は、あくまで参考値であり、見積り、申込みの誘引の承諾または拘束力のある価格を構成するものではありません。通貨換算には日次参照レートを使用しており、お客様のカード発行会社または金融機関が適用するレートと異なる場合があります。各注文の確定価格は、承諾された見積書、注文確認書または決済画面に記載された価格とします。
- キャンセル・日程変更
- 条件は、サービス内容、通知時期、実施済業務および専門職・第三者への確定済手配によります。翻訳業務では実施済作業および回収不能費用、通訳・予約では注文確定前に表示された最低料金またはキャンセル料が発生する場合があります。
- 返品・返金
- 個別制作された役務およびデジタル納品物には物理的な返品はありません。返金は、承諾済見積書および利用規約に従い判断します。緊急、完了済、認証、公証または個別制作サービスは、法令上必要な場合を除き返金対象外となる場合があります。強行法規上の消費者の権利または救済は排除されません。
- 訂正対応
- 当社の誤りにより納品物が承諾済指示に重大に適合しない場合、利用規約に従い、合理的期間内に影響部分を追加の専門作業料なしで訂正します。訂正依頼は通常、納品後7日以内に提出してください。
- 通訳の延長・待機
- 通訳予約には確定済最低時間の料金が適用されます。待機、延長、移動または経費について、注文確定前に示した料金が追加される場合があります。予約時間を超える対応は、通訳者の空き状況によります。
- 予約調整
- 当社または医療機関から書面の確定通知が発行されるまで予約は確定しません。医療機関は、患者受入れ、予約変更、独自要件または別料金を決定できます。当社は治療へのアクセスまたは臨床結果を保証しません。
- 医薬品・税関支援
- 行政機関、航空会社、配送業者、医療機関または薬局による承認、輸入、通関、入国、処理期間または受理を保証しません。利用者は、渡航または申請前に最新の公式要件を確認する必要があります。
- 電子ファイルの取扱い
- 別の期間が承認された場合、または法令、セキュリティ、バックアップ、紛争もしくは継続サービス上の保存が必要な場合を除き、アップロードされた医療文書および完成翻訳は、納品または案件終了後7日以内に通常の顧客サービス環境から削除されます。
- 個人情報の取扱い
- 個人情報は、当社のプライバシーポリシーに従い取り扱います。
- 注文に適用される条件
- 各注文には、利用規約、承諾済見積書、注文確認書およびサービス固有条件が適用されます。内容が抵触する場合、利用規約に定める優先順位によります。
- 電子的な通知
- 利用者は、適用法令に従い、見積、注文確認、請求、納品通知その他契約上の連絡を電子的に受領することに同意します。
- 経過措置（新料金の適用開始日：2026年7月20日）
- 本バージョン3.1の適用開始に伴い改定される公表料金は、2026年7月20日以降に確定した注文に適用します。2026年7月20日より前に発行された見積書は、その記載価格により、見積書に記載された有効期限まで（有効期限の記載がない場合は発行後14日間）有効とします。上記「申込有効期間」の定めに従います。
- 特別条件
- 本サービスは医療上の緊急事態を対象とせず、医学的、法律、入管、税関または規制上の助言を構成しません。第三者サービスには独自の条件および空き状況が適用される場合があります。
重要事項
本表記は、承諾済見積書または注文確認書、利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーと併せて適用されます。
