Service fees are displayed on the purchase screen. Consumption tax or other applicable charges will be displayed separately where applicable.
5. 商品代金以外の必要料金
振込手数料、通信料（インターネット接続料金等）はお客様のご負担となります。
Additional costs: Bank transfer fees and communication costs (e.g., internet charges) are borne by the customer.

支払方法：Stripeによるクレジットカード決済のみ
支払時期：購入時に即時決済

7. サービスの提供時期
ご入金確認後、原則として即時にサービス利用が可能です。翻訳納期は依頼内容に応じて表示されます。
Services are generally available immediately upon payment confirmation. Translation delivery times are displayed according to the specific request.
8. 返金／返品／不良品

返金時期: 返金が承認された場合、7〜10営業日以内に元のお支払い方法へ処理します。

クーリング・オフの適用: 本サービスはオンライン役務提供であり、原則としてクーリング・オフ制度の適用対象外です。もっとも、当社規約に基づき当社裁量で返金等を行う場合があります（利用規約第4条参照）。

Refund Timing: If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Cooling-Off Exemption: This service constitutes the provision of online services and is, in principle, not subject to Japan’s statutory cooling-off right. However, refunds or credits may be granted at our discretion in accordance with our Terms of Use (see Article 4).
