Why accuracy matters

The people we support are often travelling with essential medication, dealing with a diagnosis in a second language, or sharing records between doctors in different countries. A small error in a dose, a drug name or a test value can cause real problems, so we value translators who check their work carefully, ask questions when something is unclear and respect patient privacy at every step.
