Medical interpreting
An experienced interpreter with you at your appointment, in person across Kansai (Hyogo, Osaka, Kyoto) or by video and phone more broadly, including at the pharmacy.
Travel beyond the included radius, waiting time and overtime are always stated before confirmation, never after.

Standard page definition. One standard translation page includes up to 200 English source words or up to 400 Japanese source characters (equivalent source volume for other languages). Charges are based on the source document. Content exceeding these limits is calculated proportionally. Complex formatting, tables, handwritten content, poor-quality scans and specialist review may incur additional charges.
Standard delivery is normally within 72 hours. Turnaround commences once we have received your complete, legible source documents and confirmed the scope.
